Stay at home parent Debate

Had a discussion today about duties of a stay at home parent and what other chores or duties come with being at home REMEMBER! What works for me won't work for you so be open minded. I do everything I cook clean shop iron cut the grass and whatever else comes with taking care of the house. I listened to this guy bitch about how his wife won't cut the grass or wash the car or hammer a nail that gets out of place. I'm not always the one to help settle debates but he asked and my ?? Was if you were at home you would do laundry and cook and shop and he said no that's his wifes job.

So if SAHM is to do laundry shop cook and what ever else comes with taking care of the house what was his job??he said to bring home a paycheck PERIOD!!By then we had most of the people in on the coversation.I heard stuff like I loan my spouse $$$ up to I babysit my kids that's why I can't go out.

SO???
What's fair or what's right when it comes to being a Stay at home parent??
